Shopkeepers said to İLKHA about bomb attack that they felt hell thus they condemned the bomb attack.

"Material  damages can be repaired but people would not come back"

shopkeeper Mehmet Turan said that his shop had suffered extensive damage. “We lost our jobs, our town was the place only left undamaged, now it has been destroyed. I have no idea about what are they doing. We astonished, I don’t know what to say. We have extensive damage . Our shops are completely destroyed. Material  damages can be repaired but people would not come back. I was at home owing to RAMADAN. The bomb attack was so effective hence our home shook” he said.

“I condemn that kind of raid has been done although we are in RAMADAN”

shopkeeper Adem Alp said I barely escaped with my life from bomb attack. “I was in front of the door, suddenly a blast happened. It was so effective that it caused to earth shake. There was half metre between me and the blast I barely escaped. It was so difficult. We have no idea what they want, we are miserable now. In this holy month RAMADAN , I condemn them, what a shame, what is wrong with them.

“it was like hell"

mobile phone seller Fatih Sel, I still couldn’t overcome the shock. I was in my shop and there was a woman costumer in my shop . and then a big explosion occured, the costumer jumped about one metre. We threw out us. The windows broke into spicies , and then I saw my neighbour was  wounded, he was in blood. It was a horror. I have not seen that kind of explosion ever. Still I am in shock. I couldn’t remember how I threw out myself with my dear life. And then I heart plenty of screech and it was like hell“ he said.

“Accepting this mentality is inhumane”

Barber Ibrahim Celik “I was at home in that time, because of RAMADAN. I have not opened my shop yet. I can not think what would happen if I had been there, God forbid. Midayat is a peaceful place, everyone can live here in unity, accepting this mentality is inhuman. You see the situation, the Windows were broken even in 4 street further area. May Allah destroy who have done it. May Allah not show us this kind of incident, I don’t know what to say.”

“There is nothing to be said, we condemn it"

The restaurant owner Abdullah Ergun stated that we closed our shop during the day of RAMADAN and said ‘we closed our restaurant during the day because of Ramadan we open for IFTAR. We came here in panic, as you can see we have big damages.There is nothing to be said, we condemn it.“

“May Allah destroy who have done it"

Marker worker Ercan Tunc said that “I was sleeping at home, at about 10:50 I suddenly heart a big blast, and then woke up with jumping out of my bed. The bomb was so effective, it was like jumped our building. We were in a big panic, and we comdemn it. May Allah destroy who have done it.” (İLKHA)
