New Greek government receives vote of confidence
The government led by Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis received a vote of confidence on Saturday from 158 out of the 300 deputies in the Greek Parliament.

The vote of confidence concludes three days of debate and confirms the support of 158 deputies from Mitsotakis's New Democracy party, as reported by Skai public television.
Mitsotakis said in a statement after the vote that "the Greek people have given us a clear mandate to continue our work." He added that the government will "focus on the challenges ahead," including the war in Ukraine and the economic recovery.
