Number of paid employees in Türkiye rises by 7.5% annually
Number of paid employees including industry, construction, trade-services sectors increased by 7.5% in August compared with the same month of the previous year, the Turkish Statistical Institute said.

While the number of paid employees was 13 million 754 thousand 421 in the same month of the previous year, it became 14 million 782 thousand 776 in August.
When sub-sectors are examined; number of paid employees in industrial sector increased by 6.4%, in construction sector increased by 4.3% and in trade-services sector increased by 8.8%.
Number of paid employees increased by 1.3% monthly
Number of paid employees including industry, construction, trade-services sectors increased by 1.3% in August compared with the previous month.
When sub-sectors are examined; number of paid employees in industrial sector increased 1.1%, in construction sector increased by 1.8% and in trade-services sector increased by 1.3% monthly. (ILKHA)
