16 PKK/YPG members killed in northern Syria, Turkey’s Defense Ministry says
16 PKK/YPG members were killed in the zones of Operation Euphrates Shield, Operation Olive Branch, and Operation Euphrates Shield in northern Syria, Turkey’s Defense Ministry said in a statement on Sunday.

“16 PKK/YPG members, who opened harassing fire in the zones of Operation Peace Spring, Operation Euphrates Shield, and Operation Olive Branch in northern Syria, were neutralized by our Turkish Armed Forces,” the statement said.
Turkish Defense Ministry uses the word “neutralized” in its statements instead of “killed”, ”captured” or “surrendered”. (ILKHA)
