Number of confirmed coronavirus cases approaches 223 million worldwide

The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 41,206,672 cases, followed by India with 33,096,718 cases, Brazil with 20,913,578, Russia with 7,065,904 cases, and the United States with 7,056,106 cases.
About 200 million people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
