Speaking at the 21st Eurasian Economic Summit held in Ankara, Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım said that there is a "missile" showdown between the US and Russia.
"Time is not a time for the competition, it is time to wrap up the wounds in the region, it is time to come together and put the fight of 'you are stronger, I am stronger' aside," Yıldırım said.
"Especially countries who own mass power, the UN permanent representatives are under much greater responsibility for today. What are they doing? Threatening each other by posting Tweets. Will the future of the region, will audience remain silent to the destruction of millions of people in your mutual bickering? One says I have a better missile, the other says no I have a better missile. They are fighting like street bullies." (ILKHA)
