Lebanon's Prime Minister Hariri resigns

Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri announced his resignation on the task with Al Arabiya television.

Hariri said that he felt that the situation in Lebanon is like the period when his father was assassinated and that he also felt a conspiracy was formed for his life.

Hariri also directed criticism of Iran and Hezbollah in his resignation speech. Hariri criticized Iran's policies in Yemen, Syria, and Iraq.

Hariri argued that Hezbollah is trying to reign in Lebanon with the power of the weapon, saying that Iran has put forward Hezbollah to realize its demands in Lebanon.

Future Movement leader Saad Hariri 47, son of assassinated former Prime Minister of Lebanon politician Rafiq Hariri who died in 2005.
