Speaking at the AK Party Istanbul Provincial Presidential iftar [fast-breaking] program, President Erdoğan said, “We know very well that who in the Gulf were pleased when they the coup attempt took place in Turkiye, and if they have intelligence organizations, we also have an intelligence organization. We know very well how they spent that night.  What is happening in Turkiye, what is happening, is it over, whether it is going to be success, whether the coup has reached the conclusion, we know very well who were following these.”

President Erdoğan said that this Ramadan month was experiencing with sadness and sorrow, and that the heart was perceived as broken. “In many parts of the world, especially in our neighbors, Muslims are longing to have a bowl of hot soup, calmness, think about it: in Yemen, Afghanistan, Arakan, Palestine, Libya, our brothers in Somalia are trying to live this Ramadan sometimes with hunger, sometimes terror, sometimes oppression, humiliation and violence,” said President Erdoğan and added that, “We are unfortunately getting news of new crises, new tensions in a month when we must focus on helping, solidarity, resentment among us, resolving the bad feelings.”

“We must not let the chaos trader be happy”

Referring to the developments in the Gulf countries and the embargo applied to Qatar, President Erdoğan said, “I regret that the tension in the last days between the brother countries of the Gulf Region has overshadowed the Muslims' joy of Ramadan. It is wrong to add new troubles when already Islamic world fight against many troubles. It is never right to consume our energy with our internal affairs and to waste our scarce resources in a process where the future plans of our region and the polluted accounts are being introduced.”

President Erdoğan continued to say: “This truth must be known by everyone: I call out to all the brothers in the Gulf, and I call out to the leaders and the people of the Gulf. There is no the winner of the brotherhood battle. There is no place to reach with slanders. The crisis brokers did not hesitate to express their happiness from the very first moments of this crisis. Muslims are having foresight the prudent. Muslims are smart enough to not be bitten a second time from a biting hole. Brothers, we know very well that who in the Gulf were happy when the coup attempt took place in Turkiye. If some has intelligence organization, we have an intelligence organization too. We know very well how they spent the night. ‘What happened in Turkiye, what is happening, is it over, is it going to be success, what is the result of the coup?’ We know very well who had followed those. We know very well how they spend money.”

President Erdoğan pointed out that there are those who were disturbed That Turkiye is with their brothers in Qatar, and exporting food and drug, said, “We will continue to give all kinds of support to Qatar.” (ILKHA)
