In the Gaziantep Governor's statement, 5 people were taken into custody during the operations against Daesh and 3 of them were arrested by the court who were alleged to be suicide bomber.

In the statement made by the Governor, 5 people were detained in Gaziantep and Adıyaman which 3 of them suspected of suicide bomber, 3 groups of Daesh in "responsible level" in Turkiye have been identified and it has been reported that these groups have been decrypted with the operations performed.

Yunus Durmaz, whose name stated the head of the action group, was awarded 4 million Turkish Lira per a prize and on the operation of May 19, 2016, he committed suicide by exploded the explosion on his body.

3 suicide bomber suspects arrested

At the end of the announcement, suicide bomb suspects were arrested without the opportunity to act and finally stated:

After the cross-examine of Murat Dayan and Mehmet Fatih Alıcı, the suspects named ES and MY, who had been trained as combatants and suicide bomber in the Daesh terrorist organization, were arrested on 14.02.2017 with the operations carried out after the demonstrations carried out by means of the photographic identifications and the techniques used. AP bomb suspects who were trained to be suicide bomber and found in the province of Adiyaman were arrested on 22.02.2017 before they had the opportunity to take any action.
