HUDAPAR Department of Social Affairs has released a written statement stressing significant explanations over rising social profligacy and sexual abuse and harassment.

It is said in the statement over the latest agenda hit the public’s conscience about the perversion that reached to an unbearable level that:

“While complaining about a dramatic increase in sexual harassment, violence and sexual abuse against women, some recent incidents fell into agenda, hurting public conscience, have become very shocking examples for our desperate situation. Both a perverted teacher’s, working for a foundation, inhuman sexual abuse against kids and murder of Beratcan, a ten year old boy who was killed a couple of weeks ago, and also the incest relations which we hear very frequently nowadays …”

“The system, engaged a war against people’s values for years, is in the background what we experience now”

Underlining the fact that what we experience now is a result of the system which has engaged a war against people’s values for years, it is said: “the main reason for moral corruption is alienation of our society which has turned its face to west and therefore, it has lost its Islamic and ethical values. The current system, which has been fighting against people’s values under the cover of fighting against reactionary and anachronism, has always targeted the Muslim women hijab and their chastity.”

 “Perversion shown as legitimate and encouraged”

Remarking that as a result of estranging new generations from ethical values and corruption in the holy concept of family, it is said that:

“By changing the role of women in the society and efforts aim to weaken the family institution, the new generations have been devoid of moral pillars which sustain the society. The reasons of devastation of previous peoples are being shown legitimate and they are being encouraged. Therefore, favor for marriages has declined and divorces has increased and number of single parent families has increased.”

“Regardless of their identity those who commit an act of sexual perversion must be punished severely”

Highlighting that all political parties must act jointly for a clean and pure society, it is said in the statement that: “Far from intending for a political benefit, all political parties must work together to build and to keep a clean society. Regardless of their identity those who commit despicable deeds must be punished severely because the victims of this trauma and families of this victim are hurt deeply that no one may heal their sorrow. Most of the victims even cannot say the harassment they face for some certain reasons and this truth mustn’t be overlooked.”

“Defaming the Islamic foundations, congregations and organizations indeed evolve out of hostility against Islam”

Indicating that defaming the Islamic foundations, congregations and organizations, most of which strive altruistically and voluntarily, indeed evolve out of enmity against Islam, it is said at the end of the message that:

“Without any hesitation, neither fear from western mischief makers nor fear from their local puppets’ censure, what is necessary to build a religious and virtuous youth must be done immediately. Rearing clean generations are much more important than building dams, bridges or airports. Negligence on this issue may bring a whole devastation to all of us. Defaming the Islamic foundations, congregations and organizations, most of which strive altruistically and voluntarily, indeed evolve out of enmity against Islam. Yet, these foundations, associations, organizations and congregations, which work for Islamic service, must pay utmost attention to prevent any harm may come to these services and they must weed out the rotten apples within their organizations if there are some.” (ILKHA)
