Hope Caravan steps up relief efforts in earthquake-hit Adıyaman
The Hope Caravan Foundation (Umut Kervanı Vakfı), an international charity, has intensified its relief efforts in Adıyaman, a city still reeling from the devastating earthquake of 6 February.
As the number of people in need continues to rise, the Caravan has stepped up its operations, especially with the start of the Three Holy Months.
Muharrem Koçuşağı, one of the leaders of the Hope Caravan, emphasized that the effects of the earthquake are still being felt and that their assistance to the earthquake victims continues.
"Today we distributed food and red meat to mark the beginning of the three holy months. Today we distributed aid in the villages of Kuyulu and Akyazı. We call on our charitable brothers and sisters not to forget their earthquake-affected brothers and sisters. Cooking oil and sugar are among the most needed products at the moment. May God be pleased with the benefactors," Koçuşağı said. (ILKHA)
