Local and medical sources report a grim toll on the civilian population, with many wounded amid relentless israeli airstrikes and bombardments.

In Gaza City, civil defense crews recovered the bodies of 20 Palestinians killed in an israeli airstrike targeting a house in the Daraj neighborhood. Simultaneously, the center and south of Khan Yunis witnessed intense Israeli bombardment, leading to several wounded individuals being transferred to Nasser Hospital.

Israeli fighter jets launched a fire belt on Qazan al-Najjar and al-Batn al-Samin in the southeastern areas of Khan Yunis, further escalating the crisis. Additionally, homes in the Al-Dawa neighborhood, north of Nuseirat in the middle of the Gaza Strip, were shelled, resulting in numerous casualties. Rescue efforts are ongoing, with reports of missing individuals under the rubble.

Occupation artillery targeted east Deir al-Balah, Nuseirat, and al-Maghazi refugee camps, as well as near the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the center of the Strip.

For the second consecutive day, communications and internet services have been completely severed due to Israeli aggression. Technical crews, despite prior coordination with international institutions, are facing direct targeting by Israeli airstrikes while attempting to restore connectivity.

This marks the seventh instance of complete communication and internet cutoff since the onset of the aggression on October 7. Infrastructure damage and fuel shortages, a result of the siege, have contributed to frequent outages.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society faces additional challenges, losing communication with its crews in Gaza due to Israeli occupation actions. This hampers ambulance services and the ability to reach the wounded.

In a preliminary toll, the ongoing israeli aggression since October 7 has led to at least 23,700 fatalities, with over 70% being women and children, and 60,000 reported wounded. Thousands of individuals remain missing under the rubble, highlighting the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza. (ILKHA)
