Solidarity echoes in Diyarbakır as Prophet’s Lovers condemn 84-day Gaza genocide
In a fervent display of solidarity and condemnation, the Prophet’s Lovers Foundation organized a rally after Friday prayers in Diyarbakır, addressing the protracted genocide in Gaza.
The event, held in front of Huzur Mosque in the central Kayapınar district, featured Yakup Kaya, a dedicated member of the Board of Directors, who passionately articulated the Foundation’s staunch stance against the unjust and relentless attacks by the zionist occupation regime.
Kaya, with deep concern etched on his face, opened the rally with a resounding call to action, declaring: "Today, we stand united as the Prophet’s Lovers to denounce the atrocities befalling our brothers and sisters in Gaza. For 84 days, they have endured the merciless onslaught of Zionist brutality, and the world must not remain silent!"
During his impassioned speech, Kaya went beyond the statistics, delving into the human toll of the conflict, saying: "Innocent babies and children, oppressed women, and civilians are being robbed of their lives right before the eyes of the world. And the Ummah is merely watching this atrocity unfold. We must ask ourselves, where is the collective voice of the Islamic nations in the face of such unfathomable brutality?"
In an emotionally charged moment, Kaya, speaking directly to the crowd, implored: "If a wound has touched you, a similar wound has touched that people. We stand here so that Allah may reveal those who truly believe and make martyrs among us. We will not be silent; we will not take cruelty for granted. We will stand against the Zionist brutality."
Kaya, emphasizing the urgent need for humanitarian aid, stated: "Our Palestinian brothers and sisters are deprived of basic necessities. They lack clean water, food, medicine, and shelter. It is our duty as Muslims to break the blockade and provide immediate support. The world cannot ignore their plight any longer!"
Continuing his passionate appeal for immediate action, Kaya called for a reevaluation of global policies towards Israel. "We must abandon the recognition of the Zionist occupation regime as a state. It's time for Islamic nations to sever economic, diplomatic, and military ties with Israel. This is a crucial step in putting an end to Zionist barbarism."
In a powerful conclusion, Kaya inserted a heartfelt message of solidarity and commitment to the Palestinian cause, stating: "As the Prophet’s Lovers, we repeat again; the Jerusalem Case is our case. We will continue to support our Palestinian brothers with all our means. They are not alone and unclaimed. Greetings to the Palestinian people! Greetings to the martyrs!"
The Prophet’s Lovers Foundation’s rally resonated with a fervent call for global attention, urging nations to unite against the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza. (ILKHA)
