Spokesman for the health ministry Ashraf al-Qudra said in a press conference Saturday afternoon that zionist occupation army has carried out 10 massacres over the past hours, leading to the killing of 231 Gazans. 70% of the martyrs were women and children, he added. 

He affirmed that 2,200 missing have been reported including 1,250 children who are still under the rubble. 

Some 150 of the medical staff have been martyred with 57 ambulances destroyed, 105 health facilities targeted, and 16 hospitals knocked out of service, he added.  

“Hospitals in Gaza have been overcrowded with the injured including people with severe and critical cases. We have been losing many of them every day,” al-Qudra said. (ILKHA)
