The latest endeavor witnessed the inauguration of a mosque in the capital city of Kabul, built with the generous support of philanthropist Ahmet Kutulman.

The inauguration ceremony commenced with the recitation of the Quran by a young Afghan child, marking the beginning of a meaningful event that aimed to provide both spiritual and educational support to the Afghan people.

During his address at the opening ceremony, Cengiz Kurtaran expressed his heartfelt wishes for the newly built mosque.

He extended his gratitude to philanthropist Hacı Ahmet Kutulman for his generosity and support.

Kurtaran stated: “As the Hope Caravan Foundation, we stand by our brothers and sisters in Afghanistan. We have built a mosque here under the sponsorship of our brother Hacı Ahmet Kutulan. In one of his hadiths, our Prophet says, 'Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build a house for him in heaven. We built this mosque with that consciousness, with those clean feelings. We have very good students here. Inshallah, they will be the followers of the Qur'an here. They will memorize the Qur'an here, they will become those who practice the Qur'an, they will be the future of Afghanistan. Because we are in need of knowledge. This will be a home of knowledge and a center of worship at the same time. We present this beautiful mosque as a gift to our people here.”

The opening ceremony was attended by an Afghan scholar who offered prayers and expressed gratitude to both the benefactor, Ahmet Kutulman, and the foundation for their humanitarian efforts.

Following the inauguration, dozens of young children had the opportunity to recite the Holy Quran within the newly opened mosque. The call to prayer echoed through the mosque, and prayers were offered, marking a moment of unity and spirituality in Kabul, Afghanistan.
