Friends, relatives and supporters gathered at his grave in Mardin's Mazıdağı district to pay tribute to his legacy and his impressive Islamic activities.

Selahaddin Ürük, one of the leaders of Hizbullah Jamaah, met a tragic end in a raid in Adana's Pozantı district in 2001. In order to commemorate his life and contributions, a special program was organized at his grave, which was hosted by Hüseyin Aktumur and attended by a large number of people.

The program began with a recitation of the Holy Quran, which was beautifully performed by Taha Tuna. Abdulaziz Önen, a close friend of the late martyr, delivered a heartfelt speech highlighting the remarkable life and unwavering devotion of Selahaddin Ürük to the Islamic cause.

The event also included a touching poem composed and recited by Fahrettin Titiz in memory of Ürük, and concluded with a prayer led by Abdulselam Kaya.

In his speech, Abdulaziz Önen emphasized the sacred meaning of martyrdom, comparing it to a position so revered that even prophets will envy it on the Day of Judgment. Önen spoke passionately about Selahaddin Ürük's leadership, recounting how he sacrificed worldly possessions for the greater good of the Islamic cause.

He said: "Martyrdom is a sure salvation. Except for martyrs, no one wishes to return from the hereafter. Property belongs to Allah, and martyrs understand this truth. We must also accept this exchange.

Önen went on to inspire the audience by urging them to work and strive with the same zeal as the martyrs, so that future generations would hold the martyrs in the same high esteem.

He emphasized that figures such as Martyr Khatib, Martyr Abdulwahhap Hodja and Martyr Salahaddin are valued as pioneers and brothers within the Hezbollah community.

In conclusion, Önen affirmed the enduring importance of the cause, stating: "This cause is lofty and great. That is why Shahid Guidance said, 'This cause is great. Therefore, we must sacrifice our saints. May God bless us with the intercession of the martyrs and grant us the determination to continue our work.
