Afghanistan, Kazakhstan sign $100 million in commercial contracts
A joint delegation from Afghanistan and Kazakhstan has signed commercial contracts worth over $100 million in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan.
The meeting was led by Nouruddin Azizi, the Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce for Afghanistan, and Serik Zhomangarin, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade and Integration for Kazakhstan.
The contracts cover a wide range of sectors, including transit, trade, banking, irrigation management, and water conservation.
The signing of these contracts is a significant milestone in the economic relations between Afghanistan and Kazakhstan. It reflects the growing cooperation between the two countries and the commitment to strengthening their economic partnership.
The joint delegation is currently on an official visit to Astana to further discuss ways to boost economic ties between the two countries. (ILKHA)
