Massive rally planned in Diyarbakır to protest attacks on Holy Quran
The Prophet's Lovers Foundation has announced it will organize a large-scale rally in Diyarbakır, condemning the recent attacks on the Holy Quran that have occurred in various European countries.
Incidents of the Quran being burned, under police protection in places like Sweden, have triggered widespread outrage among Muslims worldwide.
In response, the President of the Prophet Lovers Foundation, Adnan Akgönül, has announced that the rally, themed "Respect for the Quran," will be held at Diyarbakır Station Square on Sunday, July 30, starting at 5:00 PM.
In a written statement, Akgönül extended a heartfelt invitation to all Muslims, urging them to actively participate in the event and voice their reactions against the despicable attacks on their sacred book, the Quran.
"We expect people of all ages to come together in solidarity at the Respect for the Quran rally. This gathering serves as a platform to denounce the despicable attacks on our sacred book, the Quran, while demonstrating unwavering commitment to its values," stated Akgönül.
