ITTIHADUL ULEMA pays condolence visit for martyr Sacit Pişgin
In the aftermath of the appalling attack on the HÜDA PAR Adana Provincial Office last Saturday, heartfelt condolences continue to be offered for the martyrdom of Sacit Pişgin.
During the assault on the HÜDA PAR Adana Provincial Office, Salih Demir, the Provincial Chairman, sustained injuries, while the Provincial Secretary, Sacit Pişgin, tragically became a martyr.
As the community mourns the loss, men's condolences are being accepted in front of the HÜDA PAR Adana Provincial Office in Türkocağı Neighborhood, while women's condolences are being received at the martyr's father's house.
A delegation from ITTIHADUL ULEMA, led by its President Molla Enver Kılıçarslan, paid a visit to express their condolences for Martyr Sacit Pişgin. The delegation was warmly welcomed by HÜDA PAR Chairman and Istanbul Deputy, Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu, and Mersin Deputy, Faruk Dinç.
Following the condolence visit, Molla Enver Kılıçarslan emphasized the profound importance of martyrdom in Islam during an exclusive interview with Ilke News Agency (ILKHA). He cited a Hadith Shareef in which Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) mentioned that a martyr would intercede for seventy of his relatives.
Martyr Sacit Pişgin was tragically killed while performing his prayers, a deeply sorrowful event that has left a profound impact. Kılıçarslan underlined that such incidents might be unprecedented in history, drawing parallels to the sacrifices made by the Prophet's companions who were betrayed and martyred while spreading the message of Islam. He also denounced the atrocities committed by Zionist regime against Muslims in Palestine during their prayers.
He further stressed: "After Allah bestows the reward of martyrdom, martyrs would not wish to come back to this world even if they were given the entire worldly kingdom. Therefore, those who harbor animosity towards Islam and Muslims will find their place in Hell. InshaAllah, Allah will make them taste Hell both in this world and in the Hereafter."
Speaking about the significant reaction to recent martyrdoms in Turkey, including Yasin Börü and Aytaç Baran, Kılıçarslan expressed hope that Sacit's sacrifice would resonate even more profoundly. He commended the firm stand taken by Türkiye's President, Vice President, Ministers, and others in response to the tragic incident.
The ITTIHADUL ULEMA President emphasized that serving to establish Allah's religion is the duty of Muslims and that this world is a place of service for that purpose. He encouraged the community to increase their devotion, good deeds, and worship, while striving to come closer to Allah. Kılıçarslan called for patience and trust in Allah's plan, expressing hope that Allah will grant them a share in establishing His religion after the election.
In conclusion, he expressed prayers that Allah would grant them the intercession of their martyred brother, Martyr Sacit Pişgin, in the Hereafter, and that they would be united with the Prophet Muhammad in Heaven. (ILKHA)
