Russian mercenary leader Prigozhin's threats to withdraw troops from Bakhmut
Google News'te Doğruhaber'e abone olun.

Prigozhin posted a disturbing video showing him walking among dead fighters' bodies and demanding more supplies from defense officials.

“We are lacking 70% of the needed ammunition!” Wagner chief Yevgeny Prigozhin said in the video posted on the Telegram.

Despite the questionable strategic value of the city, Russia has been attempting to capture it for several months.

Prigozhin blamed the defense ministry for the lack of ammunition and directed his frustration at Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu and Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov.

“Shoigu, Gerasimov, where … is the ammunition?” said Prigozhin.

Prigozhin has a history of making empty threats, and his influence appears to have decreased recently.

Just last week, he told a pro-war blogger that his fighters in Bakhmut were running out of bullets and needed thousands of rounds of ammunition. (ILKHA)
