Turkish Central Bank’s foreign exchange reserves decreases to 121.1 billion dollars
The foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) have decreased to $121.1 billion, with a decline of $1.32 billion in the week ending April 7, as per the Weekly Money and Banking Statistics released by the bank.
The gross foreign exchange reserves of the CBRT dropped to $68.5 billion, a decrease of $1.76 billion compared to the previous week's level of $70.2 billion.
However, during the same period, gold reserves increased by $436 million to $52.6 billion.
Overall, the total reserves of the CBRT decreased to $121.1 billion from $122.4 billion, a decrease of $1.32 billion compared to the previous week. (ILKHA)
