World powers should recognize new Afghan government--spokesman
Zabiullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, called on the international community to officially recognize the new Afghan government.
“It has been 1.5 years since the war ended and this country is rising, peace and stability have been established, but it is still not recognized,” Zabiullah Mujahid said.
Zabiullah underlined that during the former government’s rule, there was a government that did not own anything.
“Completely strangers that had a big story of bribery, extortion, and theft, but it was officially recognized internationally,” Zabiullah stated.
“We have established a system where there is no bribery, there is no corruption, and we have established peace. This government has not been officially recognized yet. The problem is that the world powers have not yet reached a strategic understanding with us. They are still causing us problems,” he added. (ILKHA)
