Zionist regime bans men under 50 from performing Friday prayer at Al-Aqsa
Zionist occupation authorities issued new restrictions on Palestinians' entry into al-Aqsa Mosque starting from next Friday.
Under the new rules announced by the coordinator of the liaison office with the Palestinians, only men over the age of 50 and women of all ages are allowed to perform Friday prayers.
Men between the ages of 40 and 49 will need an israeli permit to be allowed in, the coordinator added.
The new rules were adopted following a meeting for the Israeli war minister, chief of staff, and head of the military operations.
The tension has been running high in Occupied Jerusalem after zionist entity’s foreign minister Yair Lapid toured on Sunday the Old City’s Bab al-Amud and the area around it amid the heavy presence of police forces. (ILKHA)
