Turkey: Consumer confidence index realizes as 68.9 in December
The index became 68.9 in December while it was 71.1 in November, the Turkish Statistical Institute said in a statement on Tuesday.
Seasonally adjusted consumer confidence index calculated from the results of the consumer tendency survey carried out in cooperation with the Turkish Statistical Institute and Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey decreased by 3.1% in December compared to the previous month.
Financial situation of household index became 54.1
The financial situation of household index at present compared to the past 12 months period which was 56.1 in November decreased by 3.6% and became 54.1 in December.
Financial situation expectation index realized as 65.2
The financial situation expectation of household index in the next 12 months period which was 68.9 in November decreased by 5.3% and became 65.2 in December.
General economic situation expectation index became 66.7
The general economic situation expectation index in the next 12 months period which was 68.2 in November decreased by 2.2% and became 66.7 in December.
Assessment on spending money on durable goods index realized as 89.6
Assessment on spending money on durable goods index over next 12 months compared to the past 12 months period which was 91.4 in November decreased by 1.9% and became 89.6 in December. (ILKHA)
