Global coronavirus death toll rises to 4,085,967
At least 189,899,003 people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, 2020, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus-related fatalities with 624,221 deaths, followed by Brazil with 539,050 deaths, India with 412,563 deaths, and Mexico with 235,740 deaths.
At least 173,260,166 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
