Haneyya meets Moroccan national figures in Rabat
The head of Hamas’s political bureau Ismail Haneyya on Friday met with a number of Moroccan national figures at his residence in Rabat.
According to a statement released by the Hamas Movement on its website, Haneyya met with Lutfi al-Ghouti from the Action Group for Palestine, Abdul-Rahman bin-Amr, doyen of the Moroccan jurists, and Aziz Hannawi from the Moroccan Observatory Against Normalization.
The delegations briefed Haneyya on the efforts that are made by their organizations at the legal and human rights levels to support the Palestinian cause.
For his part, Haneyya expressed his deep appreciation for the roles that are played by their organizations to help the Palestinian people and their national cause and hailed the Moroccan leadership and people for their supportive positions. (ILKHA)
