Regarding the vehicle registrations in January, cars accounted for 63.5%, followed by small trucks 19.1%, motorcycles 8.9%, tractors 4.4%, trucks 2.7%, minibuses 0.5%, special purpose vehicles 0.5% and buses 0.4%, according to the statement.

The number of road motor vehicle registrations increased by 37.5% compared with the previous month

In January, compared with the previous month, the number of road motor vehicle registrations increased by 105.4%, 83.4%, 53.4%, 45.7%, 36.7% and 28.6% for small trucks, trucks, minibuses, special purpose vehicles, cars and buses while it decreased by 20.2% and 1.0% for tractors and motorcycles respectively.

The number of road motor vehicles registered increased by 24.1% compared with the same month of the previous year

 In January, compared with the same month of the previous year, the number of road motor vehicle registrations increased by 83.9%, 78.7%, 71.9%, 67.1%, 44.4% and 12.9% for tractors, trucks, special purpose vehicles, motorcycles, small trucks and cars respectively, while it decreased by 52.1% for minibuses and 28.6% for buses.

At the end of January, the total number of road motor vehicles registered reached 24 million 256 thousand 741

At the end of January, cars represented 54.3%, small trucks 16.3%, motorcycles 14.5%, tractors 8.1%, trucks 3.6%, minibuses 2.0%, buses 0.9% and special purpose vehicles 0.3% of total number of road motor vehicles registered.

462 thousand 753 road motor vehicles handed over in January

Among vehicles handed over in January, cars accounted for 63.9% followed by small trucks 18.2%, motorcycles 5.8%, tractors 5.1%, trucks 3.3%, minibuses 2.6%, buses 0.8% and special purpose vehicles 0.3%.

In terms of the distribution of trademarks for the new registered cars in January, Fiat recorded 16.1%, Renault 14.0%, Volkswagen 9.0%, Toyota 7.5%, Peugeot 7.4%, Ford 5.5%, Dacia 4.8%, Skoda 4.3%, Citroen 3.9%, Opel 3.8%, Honda 3.7%, Mercedes-Benz 3.4%, Hyundai 3.3%, Nissan 2.7%, Kia 2.1%, Audi 1.8%, Seat 1.7%, BMW 1.5%, Volvo 0.9%, Jeep 0.5% and the other trademarks 2.1% of the total.    

In January, total road motor vehicles registered in traffic increased by 113 thousand 447

In January, compared to the same month of the previous year, the number of registered vehicles increased by 24.1% and became 117 thousand 313 while the number of withdrawn road motor vehicles decreased by 26.1% and became 3 thousand 866. Hence, in January the increase in motor vehicles registered became 113 thousand 447.

In January the ratio of cars registered using gasoline was 53.0%

Among 74 thousand 505 cars registered in January, the share of gasoline-fueled cars was 53.0% followed by diesel-fueled cars with 35.9%, LPG-fueled cars with 5.7% and electric or hybrid cars with 5.4%. At the end of January, among 13 million 172 thousand 111 registered cars, the share of diesel-fueled cars was 38.3% followed by LPG-fueled cars with 36.6% and gasoline-fueled cars with 24.6%. The share of electric or hybrid cars was 0.3% and cars with unknown fuel type was 0.3%.

The most frequent engine size was 1401-1500 for registered cars in January

Within 74 thousand 505 cars registered to traffic in January, 27.9% had 1401-1500, 26.9% had 1300 or less, 23.0% had 1501-1600, 15.7% had 1301-1400, 5.5% had 1601-2000, 0.5% had 2001 and above. 

In January 30 thousand 532 of cars registered were white

Within 74 thousand 505 cars registered to traffic in January, 41.0% of them were white, 29.0% were grey, 9.2% were blue, 7.5% were red, 6.4% were black, 2.1% were orange, 1.6% were brown, 0.6% were yellow, 0.3% were green and 2.3% were in other colors. (ILKHA)
