European Yetim Eli distributes 23 wheelchairs to disabled people in Uganda
The European Yetim Eli, an international help organization based in Mannheim, Germany, has distributed 23 wheelchairs to the people with walking disabilities in Uganda.
The European Yetim Eli (Orphan Help), which aids orphans and the needy across the World, is continuing its relief efforts in Uganda, distributing the food and clothes, building the mosques and fresh water wells and carrying out the projects that aims to help the disabled.
The organization distributed 23 wheelchair to people with walking disabilities in Kaliro region of Uganda, which also is also known as the country of the orphans.
The deputy chairman of the European Yetim Eli Hüseyin Ateş said that they didn’t only help people but also touched the hearts of them in Africa.
"Maybe, we cannot exactly express the happiness of these people with our words but we bear witness to their happiness every day. We believe that our philanthropists, who contribute these efforts by donations they have made, also will be pleased with what's experienced here. We are going to continue our relief efforts in Africa," he said.
The disabled, who have had wheelchairs, expressed their gratitude to the European Yetim Eli as well as the philanthropists who made donations. (ILKHA)
