Turkey's retail sales volume increases by 8.5% on annual basis
Retail sales volume with constant prices has increased by 8.5% in November 2019 compared with the same month of previous year, Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) said a statement on Tuesday.

In the same month food, drinks and tobacco sales increased by 0.9%, non-food (except automotive fuel) sales increased by 13%, automotive fuel sales increased by 8%, according to the statement.

Retail sales volume with constant prices increased by 1.7% in November 2019 compared with the previous month. In the same month food, drinks and tobacco sales increased by 0.7%, non-food (except automotive fuel) sales increased by 2.7%, automotive fuel sales increased by 0.6%.
Retail turnover increased by 18.5% on annual basis
Retail turnover with current prices increased by 18.5% in November 2019 compared with the same month of previous year. In the same month food, drinks and tobacco sales increased by 17.7%, non-food (except automotive fuel) sales increased by 21.8%, automotive fuel sales increased by 11.3%.

Retail turnover with current prices increased by 2.9% in November 2019 compared with the previous month. In the same month food, drinks and tobacco sales increased by 1.6%, non-food (except automotive fuel) sales increased by 4.2%, automotive fuel sales increased by 1.8%. (ILKHA)
