Ayşan Orakçı, the disabled Qur'an instructor who was sued in 2004 for teaching Qur'an in the mosque in Diyarbakır, was taken into custody on Monday after the case concluded with conviction decision. The police broke her house's door by the battering ram and put her in the prison. She later was released yesterday by the objection of the prosecution to stop the execution.

Orakçı, who was held in E Type Closed Prison in the district of Bağlar in Diyarbakır, was welcomed by his family and lovers when she was released.

Orakçı, who made explanation front of the prison for the grievance she had experienced, wanted the responsibility to be punished.

Orakçı expressed that she victimized the raid, said she will never forget what she lived within 24 hours.

"I thought that somebody has gone mad and attacked my house during the police raid"

Orakçı, who described the police raid as a nightmare to the house, said, "I thought that somebody has gone mas and attacked the house during the raid of the police. Before that, each of my children was studying in their room. I told the police it is ridiculous when my address is clear and asked why they needed to raid like this. They told me that they did not know what they were going to face. The police were very insincere and later they had very insincere behavior in the court. I told them that I am a victim and that the members of the judiciary who were punishing me are now in prison. They made fun of me."

"The police were screaming at us even we said 'okay' to everything, it was a terrible situation"

Orakçı pointed out that there was an intended behavior in the raid, said: "They raided on our house years ago but it wasn't like this. This one was terrible. They didn't even knock the door and shouted that they are police. We still cannot figure out why they acted like this. It was a ridiculous situation. We are all educated people who have studied school. It should be like this. As a woman and disabled, what could I do? The police were screaming at us even we said 'okay' to everything. It was a terrible situation."

"We would not harm them," said Orakçı and added: "I realized yesterday that there is no justice. They wouldn't do that if there was justice. Did they do this for reputation, why did they act like that? I want the authorities to investigate this incident. There is no need to such situation."

"It's amazing they punished us when we are not guilty"

Orakçı expressed that she did not want anyone to live the victimization that she lived in, "Allah protects all Muslims, they are the victims, and they have no crime after all. It should not be the price of accusations made out of just a fabricated paper. I just taught the Qur'an lesson. I did nothing else, and it is very surprising that they punished us when we are not guilty. I was desperate because of the deafness against this victimization.
