Said Şahin, in his newspaper column, reacted to the 6 years 3 months imprisonment given to HUDA PAR Deputy Chairmen M. Bahattin Temel and Sait Şahin and Rehber TV Chief Editor Fikret Gültekin, at the end of ongoing judicial process launched as plots by FETO judge.

On the scandal decision, Şahin titled “On 6 years and 3 months of punishment,” in his column in Doğruhaber newspaper. Şahin wrote that they were detained by FETO's conspiracy in January 2011 and they were released in the first court after staying in prison for 9 months. In the file where Supreme Court dismissed, Anadolu Heavy Penal Court No. 11 has been sentenced theö to 6 years and 3 months imprisonment as of yesterday.

“There is no a file in Turkiye that is clear as far as our which plots of FETO”

“When we look at our beliefs, we are in the world of trial and our testimony continues, so we say that there is Allah and no worry. We trust in the justice of Allah on the judgment day even if we do not get justice in this world,” said Şahin.

“Presumably there is no file in Turkiye like our file that clearly shows that our file is the plot of FETO. Judges and prosecutors who were in charge and the police, particularly the director of anti-terrorism at the time of the creation of our file, were expelled from the profession due to FETO and some of them were arrested. They are still in prison. Beyond these, the Istanbul 14th Criminal Court, which judged us and punished us first, was completely shut down by the accusations of nested by members of FETO.”

In spite of all this and the actual coup process, being punished from this file shows that in this country justice is not property-based, but that the cruelty cringed into state codes, is performing the duty of possessive-based.

Your justice which visited to member of JITEM, Ergenekon, Balyoz those who carried out every kind of massacre, and terrorized public with the state power, why not visiting us? Your judiciary which spread justice to Veli Küçük, Çetin Doğan, Doğu Perinçek but why its scales deteriorating when it comes to spread justice to oppressed people? (ILKHA)
