According to information, a fire broke out on the 2nd floor of the 27-storey building in Latimer Road, west of London, for reasons not yet determined at 01.15 local time. The fire spread out all the building in a short time.
More than 200 police and health teams and more than 200 firefighters were referred to the incident.
