Attack on Mosque located at triangle of Europe

An attack carried out on Eyüp Sultan Mosque last night around 01.45 pm in Weil am Rhein by five people who could not be identified yet. The mosque is affiliated to DITIB [Religious Affairs Turkish Islamic Union], which contributed to the service of hundreds of mosques in Germany.
The mosque in the European triangle is 500 meters far from Switzerland and 1 far kilometer from France.
Necati Coşkun, the board chairman of the mosque, said that the mosque did not have any threat of attacking until now and that the mosque did not have any hostility as a board member.
Coşkun emphasized that they are not representatives of any political party idea, that the Mosque was the home and worship place of Allah, and that they did not yet know who for what purpose and why they were attacking to the mosque.
Coşkun, indicated that the police came to the scene and started an investigation, said that camera surveys were delivered to the police.
