46 people allegedly using "ByLock" were taken into custody in the FETO operation carried out on the Central Bank and the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) personnel.

According to the information obtained, the operation of the FETO for the Central Bank and Public Procurement Authority (PPA) personnel was held. 46 people allegedly using "ByLock", a network of cryptographic communications, were taken into custody in the operation.

It was learned that 36 of the persons taken into custody were the Central Bank and 10 of them were personnel of the PPA. Some of the detainees were still on duty and others were found to be exported under the investigation of the FETO. (ILKHA)
