The 12th hearing of murder suspects of Yasin Börü, Hüseyin Dakak, Riyad Güneş and Hasan Gökgöz who were slaughtered by PKK/HDP with monstrously feeling during the October 6-7 attacks in Diyarbakır, which 21 detainee, 41 suspects are on trial, was seen in Ankara 2nd Heavy Penal Court. While the court adjourned the case to 15 February, continuation of detention was decided.

Relatives of the victims, who were in evaluations to ILKHA about the case, responded to the attitude of the court.

"We do not expect justice unless Demirtaş is involved in the case"

Hüseyin Dakak's father, Öztekin Dakak, said that they could not find justice in the 12th trial, saying: "It is writing Ankara Justice Palace, but I think there is no justice here. We expect justice from Allah. The defendants are threatening us in the hearing, threatening the victim's relatives in front of the judge. Of course, our blood pressure went up. I have been saying since the first day; I do not think that a fair decision will be made unless Selahattin Demirtaş comes in through this door and is included in the Yasin Börü case."

"The killers are insulting us by marking victory sign"

Mustafa Börü, the uncle of Yasin Börü, who was slaughtered by PKKs and HDPs at the age of 16, insisted that the murder suspects insult the victims' relatives at every rehearing. Börü said, "The suspects of the murder say that they are innocent to the court, and on the other hand they insult the victim's relatives. They turn to victims’ families and mark victory sign. This upset us more, it's a shame. This situation and attitude doubles our victimization. We expect this victimization to be resolved as soon as possible. Because we face with the same treatment each time we come to the court. They shamelessly utter the words 'We did well, we did well'. I hope the next one will be the last one, and the justice will find its place. But I'm not hopeful. Today, if these were punished, there would not be many incidents. The persecution continues as long as the cruelty profit remains."

"Justice must manifest as soon as possible"

Hasan Gökgöz's father, Mehmet Gökgöz, reacted to the case for it is taking long time. Gökgöz, "We have been coming and going to Diyarbakir from Ankara for a year, but there has been no result. Now we will be back in 15 days. And those killers claim that they are victims, are we now victims or are they? We, the victim, come and go from 2 thousand kilometers. I speak to the judge and the president of the court; if his grandson gets up every morning and says 'where is my dad?' what will he answer, and what he will do to these murders. We want their execution. Better release they free instead give a couple of years in jail. We want them to be executed. Or they have to pay aggravated life imprisonment. I appeal to the judge; not once in life versus life imprisonment, four times aggravated life imprisonment we want him to decide. We will not be relieved if he do not give them that penalty. I can not sleep at night, we can not forget. Justice must manifest and find its place as soon as possible. See, they insult us in front of the judge, they say 'we did very well'. I swear to Allah, if it was not for the sake of HUDA PAR Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu who was present at the court, I was going to beat them. In the courtroom, it is said that "Justice is the foundation of the state", that justice comes and you are given life imprisonment four times aggravated. My heart are burned, not just me, but all Muslims are burned. The son of martyr told me the other day, ‘where is my father, why my father is not coming?' Judge, put yourself in my place." (ILKHA)
