About an hour ago we have spoken together from the U.S. and what kind of step we can take we talk about. And we said the same to him. Look, excuse me but we are not responsible from results of an operation where Turkiye is not involved. We will be in the operation, also we will be around the table. It is impossible for us to stay away from this. Because a history lay here for us” said President Erdogan.

Erdogan also spoke about the criticism which have been done about Turkish soldiers why entered in Syria and said:

“Our border with Syria is 911 kilometers. But those who has nothing to do with Syria have right to be involved in Syria, but when it comes to us ‘Murder Asad didn’t make a call for you, why are you in there?’ they say. Excuse me but we will enter. We will enter if we are under the threat of terror, if that country threatening us with howitzers and rockets. You also know the law expression about this issue. You can say self-defense or whatever you want to say.” (ILKHA)
