After DNA tests 13 villagers, who were killed in an explosion after PKK members detonated a bomb laden truck in Dürümlü village of Sur district, submitted to their families to be buried.

In the explosion occurred in Dürümlü village, 13 people were buried after DNA tests conducted to identify the victims. Interior Minister Efkan Ala, Development Minister Cevdet Yılmaz, Diyarbakır Governor Hüseyin Aksoy, Vice President of HUDA PAR Hüseyin Yılmaz and Vedat Turgut, Provincial head of HUDA PAR Şeyhmus Tanrıkulu, families of the victims and a lot of compatriots attended the funeral procession.

After performing funeral prayer, bodies of 13 villagers were taken to the village grave yard in tears. Minister Ala said that what was experienced here is a great massacre.

As it is remembered, on 12th May at about 22.30 a bomb laden truck was detonated. In the explosion 16 people lost their lives and 23 others got wounded.  (ILKHA)
