The march, which took place after the afternoon prayer, saw a significant turnout from the local community.

The procession began at Meydan Mosque and proceeded to Cumhuriyet Street, with citizens and NGO leaders in attendance. Participants chanted slogans such as "HAMAS salute to HAMAS, continue resistance" and "Murderer Israel, murderer America," expressing their condemnation of the Israeli occupation regime.

Political party leaders and NGO representatives joined the event, with Şaban Gökhan delivering a brief speech before the press statement. Fevzi Mağal read a press statement on behalf of all NGOs, emphasizing their commitment to fulfilling the will of Martyr Ismail Haniyeh and supporting the people of Gaza.

"The Israeli regime has been committing the most horrible genocide in the history of humanity in Gaza since October 7," stated Mağal. "Forty thousand of our brothers and sisters have been slaughtered, and more than 100,000 have been wounded. There is not a single city or neighborhood left standing in the Gaza Strip. Three million people trapped in a narrow space in Gaza are helplessly waiting for their turn in the genocide that is taking place under the silent gaze of all humanity."

Mağal criticized Western nations and the international community for their inaction and support of the Israeli actions. "Countries such as Britain, France, and Germany, which frequently speak of human rights, openly support the genocide," he said. "Western capital in the service of Zionism finances the genocide. The global media covers the genocide with censorship, distortion, and disinformation, hiding the atrocity."

The event concluded with a prayer for Gaza led by Kerem Engin, reaffirming the participants' solidarity with the Palestinian cause and their condemnation of the genocidal actions by Israel and its allies. (ILKHA)
