Turkish FM Hakan Fidan meets Montenegrin President Milatovic at SEECP summit
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with Jakov Milatovic, President of Montenegro, during the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) Summit of Heads of State and Government held in Skopje, North Macedonia.
