The foundation, known for providing food, financial assistance, and other aid to orphans and those in need, organized a special "orphan dressing" initiative. Hundreds of children were accompanied by family members to a local store, where they could choose new clothes for the upcoming Eid celebration.

Erkut Özbey, the Van representative for Orphans Foundation, highlighted the importance of ensuring orphans celebrate with dignity. "We share our happiness by making these children smile before Eid al-Adha," Özbey stated. "We took action beforehand so they wouldn't enter the holiday feeling excluded."

With a goal of reaching 350 children, the initiative has already provided new outfits to 200 orphans. The foundation is seeking additional support from philanthropists to expand the program and reach their target number.

Özbey also mentioned hopes of delivering sacrificial meat to orphan families during Eid al-Adha. "Our work continues," he said. "We aim to distribute sacrificial meat donated by generous supporters to our orphan families, celebrating the Eid together."
