4.5 magnitude earthquake strikes Aegean Sea Off Turkish coast
A 4.5 magnitude earthquake struck the Aegean Sea near Izmir province, Türkiye on Wednesday, according to the country's Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD).
The quake hit at approximately 11:02 local time (TSI), with its epicenter located off the coast of the Seferihisar district.
AFAD reported the epicenter's coordinates as 37.82722 degrees north latitude and 26.8425 degrees east longitude, at a depth of 6.97 kilometers.
There are currently no reports of injuries or damage. (ILKHA)
