Turkish President Erdoğan arrives in Qatar on official visit

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has arrived in Doha, the capital of Qatar, following an invitation from Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

Upon his arrival at Hamad International Airport, Erdoğan received a warm welcome from Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs of Qatar. Türkiye's Ambassador to Qatar, Mehmet Mustafa Göksu, and other relevant officials were also present to greet the visiting president.

Accompanying President Erdoğan on this official visit are First Lady Emine Erdoğan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar, Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler, Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır, and Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat.

The visit to Qatar aims to strengthen bilateral ties and foster cooperation between the two nations. Erdoğan's delegation consists of key officials from various ministries, highlighting the importance of the visit for enhancing relations across different sectors.

During his stay in Qatar, Erdoğan is expected to engage in high-level meetings and discussions with Qatari officials, addressing a range of mutual interests and regional developments.
