According to the Ministry's statement, a total of 7 PKK/YPG members were "neutralized" during the operations.

The term "neutralized" is often used by the Turkish military to signify that the individuals were killed, captured, or otherwise rendered incapable of combat.

The Turkish government considers the PKK a terrorist organization and has been engaged in a long-running conflict with the group. The YPG is seen by Ankara as an extension of the PKK and has also been targeted by Turkish military operations. (ILKHA)
