The event has seen broad participation from the city and surrounding districts.

The event is being hosted at the Mawlid area near the New Bus Terminal in Batman. Preparations included hanging invitation banners across the city and circulating announcements via vehicles. The Foundation has provided free transportation from various points in the city, with hundreds of people assigned tasks for the event.

Citizens, guided by officials and carrying Tawhid flags, filled the designated areas for both men and women. Meals prepared by local housewives were served at a charity fair, with proceeds going to benefit the needy.

For potential health issues, a health tent was set up in the area, complete with an ambulance, doctor, and numerous healthcare personnel. A separate tent was also set up for lost children.

Large Tawhid and Palestine flags bearing the inscription "La Ilaha Illallah Muhammadur Rasulullah" were hung in the area. Banners welcoming attendees to the Mawlid event were displayed in Kurdish, English, Turkish, and Arabic.

While numerous police officers are on duty at the event, the Prophet’s Lovers organizing committee has assigned a team of approximately one thousand individuals. These officials are present both inside and outside the area.

Posters of the Spokesperson of the Kassam Brigades Abu Obeida and the conqueror of Jerusalem, Saladin al-Ayyubi, were observed hanging on a building in the event area.

The Prophet’s Lovers Foundation initiated a hashtag campaign with the tag #MevlidiNebi on the social media platform X.

The event began with the recitation of the Quran by Mullah Hıfzullah Kavak and continued with the reading of the Mawlid al-Nabi. During the program, President of the Prophet’s Lovers Foundation Mehmed Beşir Şimşek and Spokesperson of the Quranic Generation Platform Mehmet Emin Sütçü will deliver speeches.

In the program where hymns and melodies will be performed, Deputy President of the Prophet’s Lovers Foundation Kenan Çaplık will share this year's message from the foundation.

The program will conclude with a prayer recited by Mehmed Ali Altun Hoca, a member of the Union of Scholars (İTTİHADUL ULEMA). (ILKHA)
