According to the latest statement from the ministry, 200 individuals lost their lives in the past 24 hours alone, and 370 were injured.

Zionist forces have surrounded Nasser and Al-Amal hospitals in Khan Yunis, leading to a dire situation, with tanks shelling the hospital vicinity and drones heavily firing towards the medical center's yards and buildings. The Ministry's spokesperson, Ashraf al-Qudra, expressed grave concern, stating that everyone inside is at risk.

In a tragic incident, Israeli attacks claimed the lives of at least 20 people, with 150 others wounded, as tanks fired shells and live rounds at civilians in northern Gaza City. The victims were among those queuing up to receive essential humanitarian supplies.

Amid the escalating crisis, al-Qudra highlighted the challenges faced by the health sector in Gaza, citing limited assistance that does not adequately meet the urgent needs. He called on international parties to reassess and ensure that medical aid aligns with the emergency requirements, including support for intensive care units, operation rooms, chronic diseases, and other critical necessities.

As the conflict continues to unfold, the international community remains closely watchful, urging a swift resolution to prevent further loss of life and alleviate the humanitarian crisis in the region. Updates will be provided as the situation develops. (ILKHA)
