In a statement posted on his X platform account, Al-Karadaghi revealed the establishment of a delegation to facilitate entry into Gaza through the Rafah crossing, emphasizing the Union's commitment to supporting the Palestinian people.

During a televised interview, he further shared that an agreement has been reached to send 100 ships in solidarity with the people of Gaza. Al-Karadaghi called for the protection of relief ships heading to Gaza and urged countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea to ensure their safety until reaching Gaza.

Al-Karadaghi highlighted the pivotal role played by the International Union of Muslim Scholars in defending the rights of Palestinians and condemning the daily crimes committed by the Israeli occupation since October 7th of the previous year. He mentioned ongoing projects to support Gaza, involving significant Islamic countries such as Türkiye, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Praising South Africa's legal action against israel in the International Court of Justice, Al-Karadaghi criticized the lack of support from many Arab and Islamic countries for this initiative. He underscored the Union's crucial role in mobilizing the Islamic, Arab, and humanitarian community in response to the Al-Aqsa flood process, condemning the destruction and Nazi-like aggression of the Israeli occupation, which has reached the point of actual genocide.

Accusations have been raised against the Egyptian regime, alleging participation with Israel in the blockade of Palestinians in Gaza and tightening restrictions, despite Egypt's claims that it has not closed the Rafah crossing.
