Islamic Emirate reaffirms commitment to regional stability in meeting with Pakistani religious leader

In a meeting with Mawlana Fazl-ur-Rahman, the leader of Pakistan’s Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam party, Mawlavi Abdul Kabir emphasized the Islamic Emirate's dedication to fostering good and stable relations based on mutual respect.

He assured that Afghanistan's soil would not pose a threat to any country and encouraged people to focus on reality rather than succumbing to media propaganda. Mawlavi Abdul Kabir expressed hope that the meeting would contribute to building strong ties between Afghanistan and Pakistan while reducing misunderstandings.

Highlighting the Islamic Emirate's desire for security and stability in the region, Mawlavi Abdul Kabir reiterated that Afghanistan's land would not be used against other nations. He expressed gratitude to Pakistan for hosting Afghan migrants during conflicts in Afghanistan and called for the proper treatment of Afghan migrants in the neighboring country.

Mawlana Fazl-ur-Rahman emphasized the commonalities between the two Islamic countries and urged cooperative solutions to shared problems through dialogue. He condemned the forced expulsion of migrants and stressed the need to utilize existing relationships for mutual benefit.

During the meeting, Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, provided insights into the economic, political, and security situation in Afghanistan.. (ILKHA)
