Istanbul mosque attack: Imam and worshipper injured in knife assault
A man armed with a knife attacked an imam and a worshipper at the Fatih Mosque in central Istanbul, injuring both.

The attack occurred at around 7:15 pm local time and was carried out by a suspect identified as O.S.
Both victims were hospitalized, with their lives not in immediate danger.
The imam received a knife wound to the chest area, while the student worshipper was stabbed in the back.
