Ashraf Al-Qudra, the spokesperson for the Health Ministry, conveyed in a press conference that a staggering 70% of the victims of the İsraeli aggression are reported to be children and women.

Qudra shared distressing statistics, noting that the zionist occupation army has purportedly killed 326 health personnel in Gaza, with 99 medical professionals still held in captivity. Additionally, 121 ambulances have been destroyed.

The spokesman also highlighted the intentional targeting of 150 health facilities by the Israeli army, resulting in 30 hospitals and 54 medical centers being rendered non-operational.

Qudra urgently appealed to UN institutions to take immediate action in safeguarding the health system and its staff in Gaza. He specifically called for the dispatch of medical teams and the establishment of field hospitals.

The ZOF's intensified targeting of the Nasser Medical Complex raised concerns, with authorities warning of a potential repeat of the scenario witnessed at the Al-Shifa Medical Complex.

The ministry pleaded with international institutions to swiftly intervene in ensuring the protection of Nasser Medical Complex, its personnel, the wounded, patients, and the thousands of displaced people seeking refuge there.
