Turkish coast guard rescues 104 migrants pushed back by Greece
Turkish Coast Guard Command teams have conducted rescue operations, saving 104 irregular migrants who were forcibly pushed back into Turkish territorial waters by Greek forces.
Coast Guard teams intercepted the migrants off the coasts of Muğla and İzmir provinces. All rescued individuals received necessary assistance and were processed through the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management.
In separate operations, the Coast Guard apprehended another 114 irregular migrants attempting to enter Türkiye through the Aegean Sea.
